Waldorf Slaw
INGREDIENTS:
SALAD:
1 thinly sliced granny smith apple
3 cups grated red cabbage (or thinly sliced)
1 cup chopped or thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
DRESSING:
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup plain green yoghurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare salad ingredients and toss together.
Mix together dressing ingredients and toss with the salad. Serve immediately or chill.
